Cold brew coffee is actually anything but cold coffee. The decelerating and decidedly aesthetic method brings the best out of the bean. The valuable aroma oils of the coffee are extracted droplets, with a lot of time and particularly gently with ice-cold water. The result is a coffee with significantly less acidity and more digestible than hot brewed coffee from the classic filter coffee machine.
